Print Monitor shuts down when options are selected

I installed the latest version 9.9 on windows 2003 print server. After installation. When attempting to configure the options, the Print Monitor shuts down.

I found the answer. Add the program to the DEP. Works great now.
Now I just need to enhance the quality. The fonts appear very light in both tiff and pdf.
