This is a re-issue of a problem that I raised 2 weeks ago, but which nobody has responded to.  If there are any pdfforge 'monitors' out there, I'd be really grateful for a response!

I have several Word documents containing equations written using Microsoft Equation 3.0.  When I print them through PDF Creator V1.2, any dots that I have placed above the variables in the equations disappear.  Is there (or will there be) a fix for this?  A simple test file is available on request to demonstrate the problem...
