PDFCreator is Adware

I am really sorry I ever donated. Even unchecking the Toolbar installation I still get Win32/Adware.Toolbar.Dealio. Pity the people who use TrendMicro because it completely ignores this but you can see that Eset Nod32 states that this is Possibly Unwanted Application and they are right!

This happen for me to.
Already when I download the file (pdfcreator-1.2.3), eset warns me about Win32/Adware.Toolbar.Dealio application.
Anyone knows what this does?
Can it be avoided?
