We are using PDFCreator 1.2.3 in a larger organization.
No problems on Windows XP SP3 PCs with the PDF Creator software, only on Windows 7 PCs of heavy PDF creation users.
The problem occurs several times a day when PDFing Word, Emails etc.
When the program is uninstalled and re-installed the problem seems to go away for a day and then comes back. The users have to reboot their PC several times a day to clear the PDF problem.

we are aware of this bug and it should be fixed in version 1.3.0,
which will be released on March 12th.
