PDFCreator should be able to make encrypted pdf files using stored passwords. ie

make a configuration option in the security tab which stores the password ( give the user a warning about the insecurity of stored passwords when this option is enabled! )

when a new pdf file is made make pdfcreator read the stored options if it includes that stored password in the file use that to make a new pdf file without any prompts for passwords while pdf file generation as happens in version 1.3.2
