Activate Key - support automatic reply not work

I have two full (except OCR module) licenses - one version 3 and one version 4 - and I need to install version 3 in another notebook. I’m trying but the original key activation - received when I bought license 3 is not working. I sended 2 tickets to support but received an automatic reply with key to “creator module” only - I need a full key activation except for OCR module. Please send me a full key (for all modules except OCR module) for version 3, as soon as possible.

Another question: how many copies of each license version - 3 and 4 - I can activate? (because I have 9 devices - notebooks & desktops
