Activation of license not possible

PDF Architect PDF Architect English

I have installed PDF Architect 6. However whenever I want to activate the license to my user, I systematically get the error message: "You cannot reassign this license to the same user during this billing cycle."

Hence I can only use the free version that is activate.

How do I activate my license?
