Hi Rudi,

On the first look the error seems to be related to the installed .NET Version.
Please make sure that at least .NET 4.5. is installed on the PCs.

On Windows 10 you will only need to make sure that the system is up-to-date. Windows should update .NET automatically.

Could you please forward me the PDFCreator SetupLog (from the installation folder) in a private message?
