I have this PdfArchitect ad that pops up on the bottom right of my desktop. I don’t even have it installed anymore and I’m still getting these ads.

sorry for the trouble. The popup gets displayed by a service called PDF Architect manager, which seems to not get uninstalled properly under certain conditions. Setting the service to disabled will stop the popups in any case.
Once the service is disabled and stopped, it should also be possible to remove the responsible files from C:\program files(x86)\PDF Architect 5 Manager.
