Bonjour,

  • Il y a quelques mois, je n’ai pas pu installer la dernière version (3 je crois), car l’imprimante ne pouvait pas s’installer (je ne me rappelle pas exactement les messages) …
  • Aujourd’hui j’ai désinstallé PDFCreator complètement avec Revo uninstaller, en faisant ensuite une chasse aux traces dans la base de registre : PDF ne générait pas de document ; de plus, impossible d’ouvrir l’application, il ne se passait rien.
  • En suivant des posts de ce forum ainsi que ce tutoriel : FAQ / pdfcreator-has-suddenly-stopped-creating-pdfs/, j’ai octroyé le contrôle total à tous les utilisateurs et ai attribué la propriété de Spool à mon utilisateur (Acanthe). L’application peut-être lancée, mais, sur clic sur ‘Sauvegarder’, une fenêtre s’ouvre : “We are sorry, there was a problem with PDFC”, avec le rapport ci-dessous.

Je ne sais plus que faire :frowning: …

Je ne peux pas mettre le rapport comme annoncé, n’en ayant apparemment pas le droit, ceci étant notifié par le message :
“Sorry, new users can’t put links in posts.”

  • I gave full rights to C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp\
  • I had to create both C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp*PDFCreator* and C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp*Spool*, which had correct rights from the moment of creation.
