HotFolder and PDFCreator appear to be completely broken for me. Every time I try to run it on a file (either through putting it in the hotfolder or using the contextual menus) it moves the file as if it has printed it to PDF but then a Microsoft word dialogue appears saying that it can’t find the file. No PDF is created.

Does HotFolder and PDFCreator work with other files (e.g. JPEG/JPG) for you? Do you have Microsoft Word opened while converting? Please set logging-level to ‘Trace’ in the debug section of PDFCreator application settings and send me the log file.
