Does PDF Creator have the ability to deal with Continuation sheets? So if we had a multiple page Word document then page 1 of the outputted PDF file would have the company letterhead and page 2 onwards would be on a continuation sheet?
If so where is that option as I don’t see it anywhere?

if I understand your request correctly, this is possible through the add background action.
You will need a PDF which is made up of the letterhead as page 1 and the continuation sheet as page 2, then you can enable the “add background” action and use the option “repeat last page”.
