I have a client who's company has been using pdfcreator for years.
Recently a few users upgraded and now pdfcreator will not open. no error, just doesnt start. unless you double click it a few times, then you get the error below.
if I uninstall and re-install the program I get a weird printerhelper.exe popup error.
I have been through the forums and tried all the different suggestions, and nothing.
My only other option now is to re-install windows on each laptop
Anyone else have the same issue and know of a resolution?

Just in case it's an issue related to the one I saw this weekend, did you check the Windows Registry for Printers? (See my post from yesterday "PDFCreator Does Not run After Windows 10 Update".)

which Windows version is installed on the machines?
Current versions of PDFCreator require at least .NET 4.5.2, so if the machines are still running Windows XP, PDFCreator will no longer work there.
Is there any additional error/information logged inside %localappdata%\PDFCreator\PDFCreator.log ?
