Error Report for PDFCreator v2.1.1

Hello all,

We have a big problem with PDF Creator 2.1.1 on Windows 10 clients.
All of users received the following error meassage when they try to use PDF Creator.

Basically you need to update to PDFCreator 3.2.2 or rollback 2018-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4284819)

Thank you for your answer.
We have installed Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems. This is the version used in our company. Why we have that problem if we use the good version of windows 10?
Related to PDFCreator 3.2.2 we tested it and this version has any problems. In case we have some problems with the pdf printer (in case this in not installed anymore) we can’t repair the pdf printer with PDFCreator 3.2.2.
What do you think we can do?

Can you please give us some informations? Why is this happening on Windows 7 also? And how we can solve this?

Hi Amanda,

Windows 7 also received the .NET Update. I am not aware of the exact KB for Windows 7.
Since the issue is fixed in PDFCreator 3.2.2, updating will be the easiest solution.
For any question regarding the KB and Windows Updates, please contact Microsoft directly.

We wanted to update pdf app in our company to the newst version.
I tested the installer with the silent install parameter and I got this error

PDFCreator doesn't support silent installations in Windows domains anymore! Please use PDFCreator Business. Find more information here: https://go.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator-business/upgrade

Do you have an installer that can be installed silently ?
