How would i go about setting pdf architect 6 for default with command line?

I'm not 100% sure if Windows still allows you to set the default software via command line but you could try
"architect.exe --associate" or "architect.exe --register"

get the full list with "architect.exe --help"

Mine is located at "D:\Program Files\PDF Architect 6"

How would i go about doing so?

On the command line?
try "architect.exe --update" or one of the other update commands:
