"InputFilename" "Counter"

  • At profilesettings using InputFilename Counter as filename results only Counter.pdf as filname.
  • Is it possible to reset the counter?

Thank you for the feedback.

What is the exact value you have put in the filename template? It should be “” (without the double quotes). I am sorry if this sounds like a stupid answer, but sometimes there are basic issues.

The counter is managed within the printer port. You can reset it by deleting the value JobCounter in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors\pdfcmon

Sorry for not having answered earlier. Probably I missunderstud something. I wanted the pdf-file to have the original filename and used herefor the token “” which results in .pdf. Using “” results in “Test.txt.pdf” which is as intended.
It seems that the token “” is empty, at least in my case.
