My Secure & Sign key is invalid

In january 2015 I bought the secure and sign module for pdf architect 2. Last month i bought a new pc so i had to reinstall pdf architect 2. When i attempted to activate my secure and sign key pdf architect 2 gives me an error which tells me that the number of available activations has been exceeded for my license.

In the summer of 2015 my computer crashed and forced me to activate the secure and sign module for the second time.

I hope any of you can help me resolve my issue.
