PDF Architect 6 - Installation problem

Hi Support,
I’m trying to install PDF Architect 6 but the installer does not finish and install nothing.

First I had PDF Architect 4.

My installation procedure was:

  1. I have uninstalled from the control panel PDF Architect 4.
  2. I ran Architect_Remover_1.0.10.34009.exe
  3. I restarted the computer
  4. I have executed PDF_Architect_6_Installer.exe
  5. The installation starts
  6. I select all the modules in the Installation Customization
  7. Start the installation and see that download PDF Architecht … 1% … 100% … INSTALLED
  8. After that I see nothing on video ( only point progress bar move on the screen ) and I am in perpetual waiting for the installation to proceed but it remains hanging (I have been more than an hour to wait)

I see the following modules are downloaded in the “C:\ProgramData\PDF Architect 6\Installation” folder:

But nothing append …waitng …and waiting …and waiting.

I have tried 2 times …every times as always

I have Windows 10 with latest updates on 64 bit system

Can you help me pleas ?

Hi,

sorry for the trouble.
Please try running all the MSI from the “C:\ProgramData\PDF Architect 6\Installation” folder manually, starting with the “pdf-architect6-startup-6.0.27.37336-x64.msi”. If this doesn’t already fix the issue, it should at least help to narrow down the issue.

Hi,
nothing append becouse the file size is 31k ( I think too small )
All downoladed package is 31K size

Hi,

yes you are correct, the files are to small, which probably means there was a problem with the download.
Could a firewall or proxy server be blocking the PDF Architect setup?
If you can’t find any connection issue, please download the following archive, which contains all MSI and can be used for installing offline:
https://download.pdfforge.org/go/pdfarchitect6/business/pdfarchitect6-gpo.zip

today I need to use conversion pdf but I cant becouse it ask to me to activate ?
...and if I try to activate I got an error
I need your help please

You might want to try to sign out and sign in to see if the conversion module can be activated this way:
