Pdf architect activate

Hi,

I have a problem with PDF ARCHITECT activate package... I've payed 69,00€ (Profesional Plan) plus 24,00€ (OCR Plan) and nowadays doesn't work correctly. I install all packs and nothing.

I've tryed to contct with customer support or similar and I can't find any mail to do it.
Can you help me, please?

Hi,

sorry for the trouble.
In some cases, logging out of your account and logging back in again seem to have fixed this issue.
