PDF Architect Pro Activation Problem

I wish i could use this amazing product.
Spent my money on something that just does not activate with or without login.
I have uninstaled and cleaned and disabled the firewall and tried every solution that i could find.
Nothing works and the activation key that i spent my money in just gets me the free version.

Tried support but no answer.
Please advise.

sorry for the trouble.
Did you by chance receive 2 separate emails (one for signing up to the newsletter, which includes the key for the free module, and another one sent by our payment provider from noreply@upclick.com - also check spam)?
Or do you enter the key and get an activation error? in the latter case our phone support should be able to provide you with an offline activation. (please mind the operating hours: http://web.pdfarchitect.org/support.aspx?lang=en)

Hi,

I am from portugal and all the numbers are international so the call will be to expensive for me.

I received 1 email from purchase@upclick.com with the billing information and the activation key.
When i try to activate i get (translated from portuguese) “Check your internet connection Copy and paste you licence key to avoid mistakes If you are not able to activate or if you already used your license key pelase contact support.”

in most cases this means either a firewall or proxy server is blocking the connection between your machine and our lciense server, please have a look at http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfarchitect/support/faq/i-cant-activate-pdf-architect-due-connection-error-which-firewallproxy for the required configuration.

My OS is Windows 10, don´t have any proxy for internet access, my firewall is Norton and the url http://activation.pdfarchitect.org is Safe in their list. Tryed to add the url to windows 10 host file, added all *.exe files from PDF Architect folders to allow internet access in Norton, disabled all Norton protection and the result is always the same.

This worked when i did the purchase, then i had to reinstall my system. Why is it not working now?

P.S. Also i am logged in with my account in the PDF Architect sowftware so it has access to the internet.

sorry for the trouble, everything seems fine on our end so I am not sure what could be causing the issue.
It should however be possible to do the offline activation without phone support, here is a link to the required file:

After the download has completed, run the file on the machine where you’d like to activate PDF Architect 5 and follow the instructions on the screen.This should resolve the issue, but let me know if it doesn’t and we will continue searching for a solution.

I tried to use follow the steps but i dont use outlook so i tried to send the email with the file in attachment to activation@pdfarchitect.org but it was return by the mail server. Is there any other email?
