For some reason when I open a PDF in the program, it alters the colors. The colors are fine when I open in a browser.

links and attachments are disabled by default to prevent heavy spam, I have raised your trust level so you can post links and attachments now. Which version of PDF Architect 4 do you currently have installed? We haven’t heard of this issue yet but will gladly have a look at it.
