PDF Creator 1.2.1 retaining pdf print on windows 10

Hi!

I have installed PDF Creator 1.2.1 on a windows 10 machine set up to save the document to a specific folder with a specific name.
When using the application the PDF Monitor sometimes retains my document only releasing after opening the PDF Monitor.
I have already set up to run as administrator and in module of compatility. I have already checked if the machine has some process holding the impression, the application logs do not show any error.
Has anyone ever picked up a similar case in any S.O. and have any solutions to this problem?

I really hope that some forum members can help you! Pdfforge does not support this version of PDFCreator.
