We use the PDF creator 1.2 and its awesome. However since we have 100s of documents inside a folder to convert from excel to PDF and then merge the PDFs.we do it for all the 100 folders.Is there a way I can automate this task and save on man time.kindly help. we need you assistance.waiting for your reply.

I am afraid PDFCreator 1.2. is no longer supported (or do you have PDFCreator Server 1.2, which is the latest PDFCreator Server release and obviously supported?). You can probably use the PDFCreator API / COM interface to automate this, but it will require some programming knowledge. Alternatively, the free create module for our editor PDF Architect contains lets you merge all printable files inside a specific folder into a single PDF with a single batch convert job:

Its just that we have 100s of folder with each folder having 2-3 pdfs with 1 excel which we are converting it to pdf and we are merging all the pdfs into 1 single pdf -Example 123-F which is the consolidate final PDF. We are using 1.2 pdf creator. Request you to assist in automating this manual process as we have 100s of folders.
