Hi folks,
I'm new on PDF Creator, and I've problems generating PDF documents, using "PDF Creator" by COM interface.
Simply, the PDF documents does not integrate ALL fonts needed by the report.
The PDF Creator is installed as "Server Installation" and configured as in the image below:
And these are the PDF properties of the file generated:
This is the PDF's properties of the report printed RIGHT:

Surely I have been inaccurate on many details, so forgive me because I "won" this issue without knowing PDF Creator...

Analyzing the embedded fonts with a PDF Analizer (found on the net), it result: WRONG document:
DEGQMO+ArialNarrow,Italic
DIKLOH+Arial,Bold
IWGKRK+CourierNew
FIKIOU+ArialNarrow,Bold
RIGHT document:
DEGQMO+ArialNarrow,Italic
WFDYZB+Arial,Bold
RWEZUL+ArialNarrow
NYIFFK+ArialNarrow,Bold
LWCKZJ+Arial
Can be useful or not, I don't know...

I am afraid version 1.7.3 is no longer officially supported, but of course you might receive help form other users.
If you’d like some official support, please update to the latest version.

can I know only what’s the meaning of “PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL THIS VERSION ON A TERMINAL SERVER IN APPLICATION MODE”
What potential issues can occur?
Not sure which issues can occur, it only means you should use the general method for installing applications on terminal servers:
In a command box switch to the installation mode with “change user / install”.
Run the setup.
If the setup has finished switch back to the application mode with “change user /execute”.
