We have big Problem with PDF creator while it is not responding at all and it has been stop printing suddenly from 2 Hours

sorry for the trouble.
Most likely ass the print jobs from the last 2 hours are still in the spool folder and will get processed once PDFCreator is working again.
Do you get any error messages when you try to run the PDFCreator.exe manually?
Have your already tried to kill the task in the taskmanager and restart it?
