I 've always created PDF files with PDF Creator Free.
Yesterday I’ve sent a file as usual, but I’ve received a failure notice:

I tried to sent the WORD file -> No Problem
I printed the PDF using “Microsoft Print to PDF” -> No Problem.
I tried with a different gmail account, but same problem
Hi,
which version of PDFCreator did you create the PDF with and did you add any encryption to it?
I have never heard of this before and am not aware of security issues linked to PDFCreator.
If you create a PDF from a simple textfile or single image, does it also get blocked?
We will gladly look into this but currently it is a bit of a mystery.
Best regards
Robin
I’m using the last version of PDFCreator Free 3.1.0 Build 10222.
Just to test the problem I create a new Word 2016 file with just a “pippo” written in it.
I printed with PDFCreator, and I sent it with my vttelematica . com account that is using the vttelematica . com Qmail server.
and I received the failure delivery error
I did the same with my Hotmail account, but I didn’t received the error.
So the problem is not the file!!!.
But if I do the same, printing the PDF with Micrososft Print to PDF I never have problem.
I agree with you: it is a bit of a mystery.
I will change mail server.
Thanks and best regards.
