did you install as update from a previous version (in some cases, the driver doesn’t get update properly here)?
PDFCreator Server 1.1.1 does already contain a package aware driver which can be installed without admin rights as long as the relevant GPOs are set accordingly. If you aren’t sure, please check the driver properties via Windows Print Management, the driver should be package aware.
I have sent a .zip containing the package aware driver to your email, in case needed.
