Printing from SAP using PDFCreator

Hi! We have set up PDFCreator on a remote desk top, and set this up as a virtual printer in SAP. When we are printing to this virtual printer, the document is not saving to the file location specified in the PDFCreator settings :frowning:

When I print a document manually, from Word for example, its working correctly.

Has anyone seen this before, and are you able to offer any help? We are using Device Type POST2.

Hi,

I am afraid I only know little about SAP, is the print job triggered by a logged on user, or by a service / scheduled task?
If the print jobs are generated by a service running in session 0, only PDFCreator Server (which itself runs as service natively) will be able to pick up these print jobs.
