Program crashing - unsure of licencing deails

Hi there,

I’ve started looking after a customer that is using PDFCreator. I am not sure if it is a free version or a paid version, but I cannot see any adverts in the software. They are using version 2.2.

The program is crashing out, and I think it is probably best if I upgrade to the latest (2.5.1).

How do I find if this is a registered version, and therefore whether I should download PDFCreator or the PDFCreator Plus (paid) edition please?

Hi,

If you open the actual PDFCreator application, you will se a window with two buttons. Also, you will see which version your customer is using at top of that window. Or you can open the application settings and open the LIcense-tab on the left side. If you can see this tab, your customer uses a paid version.
