Saving PDF file without any radio buttons activated

I created a form and it has several groups of radio buttons. When I provide this form to the customer, I do not want to have any of the radio buttons selected. So in a sense I want them to have a blank form.

this seems to be the default setting for me in PDF Architect 4, is this the version you used?
