Documents sent to us that are secured with Adobe and set to restrict editing are not viewable in Architect. We can preview them in Outlook, open them in Adobe, but it just opens a blank document in Architect. It’s an invoice from a vendor who set the pdf to view only, so we don’t have a way to remove the password. It there a patch to view protected PDF’s in Architect?
I don’t have any trouble opening password protected PDF’s in Architect; I just can’t view PDF’s that have editing restricted.
