I just installed pdf creator server.
Unable to automatically convert my print file to my printer. I do not understand what's going on. Everything stays in the spool without converting separately if I restart the service ... Can you help me?

does the account running the service have permissions to write to the configured output location and to contact our license server at license.pdfforge.org? By default the service is run by the local system account which might not be able to contact our server or write to network locations.
