Version upgrade - no more license

Hi,

I bought a PDFCreator Terminal Server license two days ago. I activated it on a server without problems.
I then noticed that it was an old version. I uninstalled the software, downloaded the latest version but at the installation it tells me that the license is already used. And with an account, I can manage that.

When buying the license I did not have to create an account. When I try the url license.pdfforge/reset/request with the e-mail indicated during the purchase I do not receive anything.

How can I do ?
