128 Bit AES encryption

Hello, I'm trying to use 128 Bit AES encryption, but this option is disabled and cannot be enabled (see pic).

From the help file: The AES encryptions is only available if the pdfforge.dll exists. This Dll is installed with PDFCreator if the .Net 2.0 framework is installed.
