Hi,
unfortunately not, as it is unclear what exactly is causing it and all logs sent to us so far don't contain any information on the actual Ghostscript error. Does this happen for you only when printing from a certain application?

The error occurs when printing two pages of different pdf files, the user tries to join them in a single file with the PDF creator version PDFCreator 2.4.1
