Ability to upload Slovenian translation

Hi, can I have that ability back as it was long time?

I updated Slovenian translation to upcoming version 1.0.0 and I would like to upload it.

Please, this is third time to ask for it. I know it's annoying but I would still like to contribute so please help me with that.
