After creating the PDF no "save box" appears

I have installed PDFcreator on a Windows 7 64bit system. I follwo the steps outlined in the help file, but when it comes to saving no save box appears.

When I click on print, a progress bar appears and runs, but there is no file created ( I did a full file search) and no save, or save-as box appears.

I am creating the PDF from a bitmap file. I have tried running it from within Paint, and byt the drag method and the context menu method all have the same result.

The test page works fine and one is created in the folder I have selected, but when I try the same on my files nothing happens.

Any help appreciated.

Its all good....I checked back through the forum and tried the re-boot method after an un-install, then re-installed, and it works well.
