Architect Pro suddenly stopped working

Have Architect Pro +OCR installed on four machines. It was great, now all of a sudden it's stopped working. When I open a PDF and try to edit it - it says I need to upgrade from the free version to use this facility. I've checked our subscriptions, they are valid until next June.
Any ideas, why all of a sudden it's trying to make me buy another subscription?

I am afraid I don't know what could be causing this, but in most cases logging out of your account and back in again or repeating the original step for switching from free to pro does the trick.
