Available paper bins

When I'm trying to use PDFCreator for saving in TIFF format from one application I'm getting this error: Could not find available paper bins from DLL: winspool.

How can I configure paper bins to be visible from PDFCreator print driver

please enable logging in the PDFCreator print monitor and post the log of such a print job here.

When I'm printing, the software I'm using (Loftware) is prompty a pop up with the message: (M1279) Could not find available paper bins from DLL: windev32.dll

After pressing OK to the warning message the system saves the label in TIFF format as required.

My problem is this: I can't use the system without having somebody attending the system for pressing OK to the warning message. Of course printing on any other printer (windows or label printer) I'm not getting any warning.
