Blank page instead of report

Hi

I have installed PDFCreator 1.6.0.2 on Win2003 Server (EE SP2).

Some service use PDFCreator to print reports to PDF. Service logged as domain user with admin rights on the server. Sometimes instead of report generated blank pdf (single empty page).

Any suggestions?

Was the user who created the printjob (nasuser) logged in?
You always need to make sure, the user sending the print job is logged in, otherwise you need to chose the server installation during setup.

Print job created by service logged in as domain user (nasuser) with local admin rights.

Moreover, this service creates two print jobs, one of them can be blank.

Hi,

according to the log it seems to be a ghostscript (usually related to non ascii chars in the metadata) issue, which we probably can´t do anything about.
