Bookmark problem after pdf combination

Hello all,

I have the following problem; when I combined 2 pdf together (e.g. same document the only difference is that the 1st page is signed), my bookmark table doesn't work anymore. Is it a way to fix it ? Is it possible to do it by using command line (I mean the whole process combine 2 pdf files)?

PDF Architect doesn’t have a command line option, but you could try using our free PDFCreator to combine the files instead, it works very differently and might be able to merge preserving proper bookmarks:
