Cannot batch create Word, Excel, etc. files

I want to batch convert Word and Excel files to PDF, but they do not show up in the list of available file types. The only file types that are available to select art images and plain text files. How do I convert Word and Excel files?

Hi,

do you have office installed on your system? The batch convert will print the files to the virtual printer for conversion, therefore you will need applications to print the word and excel files on that machine.

Yes, Office 2010 is installed on the system.

Are you using PDF Architect 4?
Have you tried changing the selection from “all supported formats” to “all files”?
