Cannot full install + interrupt run with any version of PDFCreator : "Erreur inconnue. Abandon."

Please,

Running with Vista French version.

After trying to install PDFCreator 1.4.3, I systematically obtain panel "Erreur inconnue. Abandon." at the end of install.

So I tried with any previous PDFCreator setup version I kept : same problem.

PDF Creator printer is installed but I got the same message when using it.

Please help me to find the problem.

Hi,

 

please try the following:

1.Uninstall PDFCreator

2.Reboot your PC

3.Type "net stop spooler" into your windows cmd.

4.Run the setup

5.Type "net start spooler" into cmd
