Cannot renew license due to inoperable website

I'm trying to renew the company's licenses on PDFCreater as we received a warning that our licenses had expired today. But I cannot renew simply because your Licenses web site is down. Error message as follows:

Authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem.

Please help me renew our licenses so that we can continue to use it today!
