Cant create a PDF file

when I send any file to print in  PDFCreator printer, does make the whole process of generation, when clicking on the save button, it starts generating and suddenly the process window closes and no pfd file is generated, if I save it in .JPG format, the file is created properly. log information:

Hi,

have you changed any of the settings in PDFCreator, or are they all default?
Did you use the latest version? Which Windows are you running?
