I have subscribed to "PDF Architect Professional Plan" in January 2022. While I have been able to sign in to my account earlier to link the application with my subscription to allow me to use the full service provided under the plan, it has however now logged me off. I have been trying to log in again however it does not allow me to do so and states this error "the server threw an exception". Logging in via the website does not seem to be an issue. Please assist urgently
