Hi,
we are using PDFCreator 1.1.0 for our pdf integrations.
In one of the function we are using the API call cIsPrintable and passing the path of the source file.
It works in most of the systems except few scenarios.
We have a Citrix envrionment where multiple users are using.
When we are sending our file for PDF print, cIsPrintable function is returning false if the logged in user is a "Domain user"
Its working fine with the "Domain Admin" accounts.
We have verified the following points in the system.
1. PDFCreator Installation - Its installed in the current machine.
2. Access rights of the file and the rights for the network path.
All the above points are fine we are not able to come to a soltion or cause of the issue.
Could you please help in sort it out?
