Hello. I have multiple users in a Citrix environment who are experiencing session crashes when trying to print via PDFCreator. Even canceling the print dialog, where someone would select PDFCreator as their printer for the current document, is causing it. They must completely close their browser and start over.
I have verified they are using the latest build of the program. Please note: The app is NOT installed on the server, they are using a simple redirected printer object.
