When using PDFCreator 1.0.1 if I print to PDFCreator and choose to wait/collect the documents, print word file and excel files, combine all and resume, the pdf output page numbering works fine. If I print a pdf with these documents and combine all, the pdf output page numbering gets messed up and the pages from word and excel have no page number, and the pages from the pdf have it's original numbering. I can provide an example of this issue if needed, but it is very easy to replicate using my procedures listed above. Is there an option somewhere to resolve this behavior?
I have the same exact problem. Sometimes I can get it to number correctly if I make it a multi-step process:
(A) Print the first two documents; combine all; print; save.
(B) Print the saved document from A then add the third document.
Lather, rinse, repeat until all the documents are added. This only works SOMEtimes and does not seem to be predictable for me.
And this *only* works if I've taken the time to save each document as a PDF individually first (so converting each DOC into PDF and each XLS into PDF as separate files).
Anyone else have suggestions? Not having each page numbered AND the page numbering resetting with each document type is preventing me from using PDFCreator at work as our company's copy center printer won't process the unnumbered or reset numbered pages.

shameless bump, can anyone else confirm this issue, or possible resolution?
