Are there any know compatibility issues when converting Excel files which were created in Office 2003. When I create PDF from my Excel files, the margins do not stay where they belong.

I have long had problems with Excel files converted to PDF with PDFCreator not having correct margins. I can't figure out quite why. I have asked in the old forum before this one and in this forum with no good answer.
I also have issues page totals (page x of y) when printing multiple sheets that are formated differetnly. The total number of pages actually will vary from one sheet to another. Yet this total should be consistant.
If you figure anything out please respond.
